Recently, JANTEC CNC officially launched a special-price configuration of the VMC-856S vertical machining center for the high-precision machining of hydraulic and heat dissipation components. This model focuses on "high rigidity, high chip removal efficiency, and high cost-effectiveness," making it particularly suitable for mass production of typical parts such as liquid-cooled base plates and oil circuit valve bodies.

The VMC-856S can be equipped with a fourth axis (rotary table) and a center cooling system, effectively solving the chip removal and cooling problems in deep hole, cross hole, and internal cavity machining, significantly improving workpiece surface quality and tool life. The spindle adopts a BT40 direct-drive structure with a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm, paired with a 15KW high-power spindle motor, balancing low-speed heavy cutting and high-speed finishing. For the tool magazine, it features a BT40-24T arm-type tool magazine, ensuring stable and rapid tool changes to meet the needs of multi-process continuous machining.
The control system utilizes a SYNTEC of technology, offering user-friendly operation and rapid response, supporting intelligent coordinated control of four-axis linkage and central water outlet. This special-offer model is currently open for bulk orders and sample testing. Customers in the hydraulics, new energy, and automation industries are welcome to inquire.
